1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to win.vip, an online gaming platform operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the win.vip website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of win.vip services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the win.vip Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. win.vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify win.vip immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

win.vip is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

win.vip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. win.vip does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, with an average processing time of under five minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take longer depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. win.vip reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. win.vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Funds that are the subject of a dispute or investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game transactions on win.vip are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). win.vip does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

win.vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the win.vip Platform — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, cannon fishing, esports betting, Super Keno, and table games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

win.vip uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games and works with reputable live dealer providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. Game results are independently verified and cannot be manipulated by win.vip or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, win.vip reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. win.vip's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win.vip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win.vip, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or system failures beyond win.vip's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.

win.vip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

win.vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

win.vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through win.vip's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

win.vip may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
